Q 1: We re-create the outside world inside ourselves, and live accrodingly. What if we decide not to do this ?
We often develop this as a defense mechanism to shield ourselves. However, true growth comes from transcending the part that feels vulnerable and seeks protection. Within our inner being, there are two aspects: the first is pure awareness—the observer, the center of our willful intentions; the second is the incessant mental chatter that we watch. The challenge is that this inner dialogue never quiets down. If we can detach from this constant noise, we can attain true peace and serenity. If we want to free ourselves, we must become conscious enough to understand our predicament.
Q 2: How to recieve infinte energy?
The flow of energy comes from the depth of being called Shakti (creative energy). We are programmed to open or close based on our past experiences/samskara. The heart controls the energy flow. It acts like a valve, that can allow the flow of energy to pass through, or it can restrict the flow depends how we process the samskara.
Clinging creates positive samskaras and when these are stimulated they release positive energy. Two sorts of experiments can block the heart (resisting & clinging)

No matter what events take place in life, it is always better to let go. There is a place deep inside where the consciousness touches the energy, and the energy touches the consciousness. If we don’t let go immediately, the disturbing force of the activated energy draws the focus of our consciousness. Just notice that the consciousness goes to the place that distracts it the most. If we begin to empty ourselves by releasing blockages, they will serve as fuel for our journey forward. You are letting life unfold, both outside and inside of you. If you are willing to let go, you’ll fall back and it will open into an ocean of energy.

Q 3: Pain, the price of freedom ?
The real gain takes place when we decide to deal with the pain. This is not physical pain, it is underneath hidden by the layers of our thoughts and emotions. We feel it when our hearts go into turmoil like the world does not meet the expectation. If the core pain was not the motivation behind proving yourself each day, what people say would not affect you. We end up being sensitive that we are unable to live in this world without getting hurt. Simple interactions may cause a degree of pain, insecurity, or general disturbance.
The solution to this problem is that feel pain as energy. Just start seeing these inner experiences as energy passes through your heart and before the eye of your consciousness. Then Relax. We have to do the opposite of heart contracting and closing. Relax and release. We have to stop fighting with these human feelings. To feel the love and freedom, to find the presence of God, all this stored / day-to-day pain must go.
Q 4: Finite to Infinite ?
Our views, opinions, preferences, concepts, goals and beliefs are all ways of bringing the infinite universe to the finite where we can feel a sense of control. We constantly try to be in our comfort zone / finite zone. There are two ways we can live: devote ourselves to the finite zone or work on our freedom. Going to infinite / far beyond means there should not be any cage and facing reality without any mental boundaries. Imagine a comfort zone that is so expanded that it can easily fit the entire day, no matter what happens. The day unfolds and the mind does not say anything. If your edges happen to get hit, the mind does not complain. It all passes through.
This is how great beings live.
Q 5: Choosing Path to Happiness ?
The key to staying happy is very simple. We have to understand our inner energies. We have to train our minds to affirm:
“ To be at peace and to appreciate life with unconditional happiness (independent of other people’s behaviour). “
Ask yourself: Would you rather be surrounded by miserable people or happy ones? In the same way, God seeks Satchitananda—Eternal Conscious Bliss.
We don’t have to resist any life’s events, it will only create stress. Live without pushing, pulling or creating any resistance. The key is to just relax and release, and deal only with what’s left in front of us. Life is giving a gift that is the flow of events that takes place between our birth and death.

We have to start using every day to let go of that scared part of us that won’t let us live fully. If we challenge ourselves to live as though it were our last week, our minds may come up with all kinds of suppressed desires. It may start talking about all the things that we‘ve always wanted to do and may think we had better go do them.
Q 7: The middle way - Tao Te Ching ?
The Tao Te Ching encourages letting go of rigid control, trusting the natural course of life, and cultivating inner peace. Where is the Tao? - The Tao is the middle. It’s the place where there is no energy pushing in either direction. It’s the place where the energies are balanced (dynamic equilibrium).
Like a pendulum swinging back and forth, life experiences and actions often involve opposing forces (yin and yang, doing and non-doing, etc.).
In the Tao of Sailing, the balance point is not static; it's a dynamic equilibrium. You move from balance point to balance point, from center to center. You can't have any concepts or preferences; you have to let the forces move you. In the Way, nothing is personal. You are merely an instrument in the hands of the forces, participating in the harmony of balance. You must reach the point where your whole interest lies in the balance and not in any personal preference for how things should be. It's that way with all of life. The more you can work with the balance, the more you can just sail through life. Effortless action is what happens when you come into the Tao. Life happens, you're there, but you don't make it happen. There is no burden; there is no stress. The forces take care of themselves as you sit in the center. That is the Tao. It's the most beautiful place in all of life. You can't touch it, but you can be at one with it.
The path to discovering Tao lies in recognizing the extremes and edges, but not venturing into them.
