The Final Chapter of a 3000-Mile Journey
A Prudent Choice - Positive and Spiritual Mindset
Let me share some wise decisions I made during my journey. Every spiritual path or book emphasizes the importance of positive thinking and aligning with yourself, nature, and Mother Earth. By embracing this mindset, even when travelling solo, you will always find guidance and protection. I made this journey special by:
Sustainable Travel: Opting for public transportation to reduce my carbon footprint.
Engaging with Local Communities: Immersing myself in cultural exchanges and supporting local vendors and artisans. This enriched my travel experience and contributed to the social and economic well-being of the communities I visited.
The most amazing people I recall from my journey include:
The receptionist at the Radisson Hotel in Lucknow.
The helpful policeman in Ayodhya who made our darshan possible.
The boatman in Varanasi who taught us swimming.
The monks in Bodhgaya welcomed me to chant in Casual dress.
The police officer who granted me direct entry at Jagannath Temple.
And finally, Neel Madhava in Bhubaneswar.
I can say that the way we think attracts similar situations; my experiences prove this. You create a positive environment when you speak and act in favour of everyone’s success, not just your own. You foster unity and support by considering everyone—rich or poor, of different religions—as part of one family. Greatness doesn’t come from being born into wealth but from having progressive thoughts and actions that contribute to sustainable communities.
