Visualize yourself as the person who consistently completes important tasks quickly and effectively, as your self-image greatly influences your performance.
There is one quality that one must possess to win, and that is definiteness of purpose, the knowledge of what one wants and a burning desire to achieve it. Frame your goals in a manner that sparks enthusiasm and drives you to take action.
Evaluate your list of goals and pinpoint the one with the most significant potential positive impact. Write it down separately, set a deadline, devise a plan, take action daily, and commit to progress. This exercise alone has transformative power.
2) Master Your Day / Week/ Month: Planning Ahead for SuccessStart by planning out your day, week, and month in advance. Whether it's on paper, a notepad, or an app, jot down all tasks you need to accomplish daily/weekly/monthly. Continuously update your list as new items arise.
Planning bridges the future to the present, enabling action in the present moment. During the early phase of my career, I frequently watched this video, and it left a lasting impression on me.
3) Embrace the 80/20 Rule Across All Areas - Pareto PrincipleAssess your current goals, activities, projects, and responsibilities.
Identify the top 10 or 20 percent with the potential to generate 80 or 90 percent of desired outcomes.
Dedicate more time and effort to these high-impact areas.
Decrease time spent on lower-value activities.
By prioritizing impactful tasks, you can significantly enhance your life and career.
